28th Annual Symposium
Friday 28th October 2011

With 2011 being the 100 year Anniversary of the Walsh Brothers first flight the Society has invited
a number of leaders and prominent individuals from within New Zealand aviation to give their
perspective and vision for the future as aviation soars into the next century of flight.
This year’s symposium provides an opportunity to meet with the leading executives from the
MoT, NZCAA, RNZAF, MED, AIA, Air New Zealand, NZ Airports and Airways NZ. As a number
of these key industry sector executives have only recently been appointed, they bring with them
fresh perspectives. The symposium will provide the opportunity for those with an interest in the
aviation industry to learn how these executives see the way ahead.
